They all axed fa you!

Had a glorious short and sweet weekend in NOLA where I introduced the girls to some of my favorite childhood hot spots.  They loved the zoo, but I FOR SURE was more into the children's museum than they were.  BUT...the weather was perfection and great quality time was had by all!

Did you know that the grocery store at the museum is no longer Schweggmans? It's Winn Dixie...a little bit tragic, but Liv was all over the basket and Laine was captain of the register.

At the zoo we saw an elephant show, the petting zoo, climbed trees, and the Roman Candy man was out!! Did you know there are only two Roman Candy carts  in all of New Orleans?  One lives at the zoo and one on the streets of uptown.

I don't have any pics, but we also had a great time with old friends...much needed...real good, feel good.
